1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Business Through Partners, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Business Through Partners provides a partner ecosystem management platform, including CRM tools, commission tracking, training resources, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. Accounts and Organizations
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each account is associated with an organization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until canceled. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to access other organizations' data, interfering with security, or using the service for fraudulent purposes. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
6. Data and Privacy
Your data is isolated to your organization. We do not share your data with other organizations. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its design, software, and content, is owned by Business Through Partners. Content you upload remains yours. You grant us a license to host and process your content as needed to operate the platform.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Through Partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
